InterSpan is a language institute dedicated to inter-cultural understanding through a program of total immersion Spanish instruction. Students receive daily instruction according to their level of proficiency and are placed with host families to further reinforce their practice and understanding of the language, people and culture. Exciting excursions to other locations in the region offer increased exposure to archaeological, historic and cultural aspects of life in México.

The study program takes place in Tepoztlán, in the state of Morelos, México. Tepoztlán is a quaint village of rare cultural, historical and natural attractions. Visitors are lured there by its beautiful mountains and nearby waterfalls; its abundance of flowers, fruits and vegetables; and its traditional fiesta and customs. Tepoztlán is the perfect setting in which to learn the Spanish language and be immersed in the "authentic" Méxican culture. Students tell us they not only come away feeling comfortable speaking Spanish, but also with lifelong memories and lasting friendships.
